Turkeys 4 America West Coast - Aaron Soskin

Hi, my name is Aaron Soskin, and I live in Sacramento, California. In November 2004, I heard about Turkeys 4 America and wanted to make sure that families in Sacramento would have turkeys for Thanksgiving. I contacted Dan and Betsy to find out the best way to collect turkeys. During that November, I collected enough money and turkeys to make sure that about 1,000 families received a whole turkey for Thanksgiving dinner.

I decided that I wanted to continue to help provide turkeys for needy families, and Dan and I decided that Turkeys 4 America would expand to the West Coast in 2005. I am hoping to involve schools and additional California communities to help feed as many mouths as I can. No one should be without a meal during the holiday season.
